Spiritual direction provides a sacred space to listen to what the Lord is saying to someone. It helps a person, especially in times of transition—which can occur in all seasons of life. The seeker, referred to as a “client,” sets the agenda, and Doug comes alongside as a spiritual friend.
Issues of motivation, character, relationships, performance, and stress continually confront and challenge leaders. Executive leadership coaching helps leaders pay attention to these inner dynamics so they can be proactive in channeling them for a better life and more effective, fruitful results at work.
Leadership happens from the inside out. At times, a peer group of leaders with similar situations and responsibilities provides the synergy and connection that help a leader sort out challenges and develop effective responses to business opportunities.
